At love2shopboutique.com we make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way to you as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Every product from designer clothing to designer accessories is carefully wrapped and gift wrapped by our staff before being posted to you.
Your order will be packed and dispatched providing that:
a) The item you have chosen is available
b) The delivery address has been verified
c) Payment has been approved
d) The payment is received before 1pm on the day of purchase in order to qualify for next day delivery
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with a reference number. Orders can only be delivered to residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Love 2 Shop will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 days, however if any of the items are not in-stock delivery may take between 7-14 days. In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.
Orders Placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day .
